Great article! It seems redevelopment agency’s are dead. But I’m sure the control freaks behind them will come up with another mode of attacking our rights. We must keep a watchful eye on our local politicians and their friends.

Excellent article, in my City of Camarillo prime agricultural land is being defined as “blighted” so the City can expand out further and further to the detriment of existing commercial properties while causing intercity blight. This artificial tsunami of redirected tax dollars feeds the pockets of the few favorite corporate entities that costs the many a literal fortune and starves this city of reasonable and balanced land use policies. The Camarillo RDA has functioned like a dictatorship, I say good riddance.

This leadership conference is a super idea. Sorry I cannot attend. I did however hope that you have thought about offering it in either an online format later on or selling DVD’s. I am sure there are others like me who want to have more tools of persuasion in our daily interactions but cannot get away to another city or perhaps some don’t have the money. Not exactly a surprise in this economy. I have been on the side of liberty since first reading Atlas Shrugged as a young man. The libertarian party’s ideas should be well received now. I see the beginnings of unrest and protest. However I can help count me in and let me know if there will be a DVD of the leadership conference.
